Shop online

Essential information for shopping on harmontblaine.com.

How to shop online

Choose your products, select size and colour and add them to your shopping bag. When you are ready, proceed to checkout. You can sign in to your account or continue as a guest. Before proceeding, always make sure the correct delivery country is selected, as availability, prices, currency, payment methods, shipping, duties and taxes may vary by destination.

Shipping and billing

At checkout, enter the complete delivery address and choose an available shipping method. The actual shipping cost, any free-shipping threshold and any applicable duties and taxes are shown before you confirm the order.

Payment methods

Checkout displays all payment methods available for your country. Depending on the destination, these may include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and other local payment methods. Cash on delivery is not available.

Promo codes

If you have received a promotional code, enter it in the dedicated field at checkout before completing payment. If the code is valid and its conditions are met, the discount is applied automatically.

Currency, duties and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected delivery country. Before confirming the order you will always see the final total, including any applicable shipping charges, duties and taxes.

Order confirmation and tracking

At the end of checkout you will receive confirmation with your order number. Registered customers can view the order in their account. Guest customers can use the “Check order” page by entering the order number and the email address used for the purchase. When the order ships, you will also receive tracking information.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, but only until the order enters processing. Contact Customer Service as soon as possible: if preparation has not yet started, we will do our best to cancel it. Once preparation has begun, the order can no longer be changed.
