We ship to most countries worldwide and offer several shipping options to best meet your needs.
Please note that during sale periods, deliveries may be delayed by 2–3 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours (orders accepted before 12:00 CET will be shipped the same day). The indicated shipping times are estimates only. Once the shipping date is confirmed, we are no longer responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorization processes.
We offer two shipping options: Standard (delivery 3–4 business days) and Express (1–2 business days).

Shipping restrictions
In light of current circumstances, shipments to the following locations have been temporarily suspended until further notice.

· Russia
· Belarus
· Israel
We will resume shipments to these locations once it is safe to do so.
Import taxes and duties
To determine whether additional sales taxes will be required beyond the total shown in the cart, you must select the correct destination country. This ensures that the final costs, including any duties and taxes, are aligned with the regulations and shipping conditions specific to the chosen country. For destinations within the European Union, VAT is already included in the final price.
Shipments can be made under two terms of delivery: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). With DDP, all customs and import taxes are included in the product’s final price. With DDU, the indicated price does not include import, customs, or local taxes. In this case, the recipient is responsible for applicable customs and local taxes in the destination country and must pay them directly upon delivery. These charges cannot be determined in advance and are not collected by us, so we recommend checking with local customs authorities for the applicable amounts.
During checkout, it will be clearly indicated whether the order is shipped under DDU or DDP, so please pay attention to this information.
Track your shipment
If you are a registered user, you can log in to your account and view your order details directly in your personal area. If you completed the purchase as a guest, you can check your order status by clicking ‘Check order’ in the ‘Customer Service’ section at the bottom of the homepage and entering the order number provided and the email address used for the purchase. In the order details, you can check whether the order has been fulfilled and, if available, you will find the tracking number. When the order is shipped, you will also receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the shipment. In addition, by using the tracking number provided, you can track the shipment yourself on the website of the courier handling your delivery.
Shipping claims
Your order is insured during transit until the moment of delivery. Upon receipt, a signature or the name of the person collecting the parcel will be required. If someone else collects the parcel on your behalf, that person assumes responsibility for the delivery and the condition of the package. If you notice obvious damage to the parcel, we recommend signing with reservation in order to initiate the appropriate investigations with the courier. Any claims related to delivery must be submitted to Customer Service within 30 days from the delivery date to allow the necessary checks with the carrier.
It is not possible to change the destination address after the order has been confirmed. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will make up to three attempts before returning the parcel to the sender.
Deliveries are not made to PO boxes nor via poste restante.
