Returns & Refunds

In addition to the right of withdrawal provided by the DSRs, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a free return within 30 days from the delivery date, with pickup directly at your home or at our authorized stores.

Before proceeding with the return of the goods, you must submit the return request online. Only after completing this step can the return be assessed and processed correctly.

  1. If you placed the order while logged in, sign in to your account and, in the ‘Orders & Returns’ section, locate the order that contains the items you wish to return. If you placed the order as a guest, click Track Order in the Customer Service section at the bottom of the homepage, enter the order number including the leading zeros and the email address you used at the time of purchase.

  2. Click ‘View Order Details’ and then ‘Return Items’: select the items you wish to return and indicate the reason for each one.

  3. Select where you want the return to be collected: you can choose pickup at the same delivery address as the order or at one of our authorized stores.

  4. Confirm the return and you will receive by email the return identification number and the prepaid return label. Print it and attach it to the return parcel. From this moment you have 14 days to hand the parcel to the courier.

  5. Schedule the pickup via the designated courier’s website or drop off the parcel directly at a courier drop-off point. Note that even if you selected in-store return, you must still book the pickup at the store by contacting the designated courier.

If you are shipping from a country outside the European Union, before handing the parcel to the courier, print and complete 5 copies of the Return Proforma Invoice: place one copy inside the parcel and attach the other 4 on the outside so they are easily accessible for customs clearance. Please follow this procedure carefully, as non-compliance may result in the parcel being rejected at customs, returned to the sender, or delayed in delivery. In such cases, we accept no responsibility for any inconvenience or delays arising from these circumstances.

Please note that any shipping costs, import duties, and customs taxes will not be refunded.

If you prefer, you can ship the return without using our prepaid label and the courier assigned at the end of the online return confirmation. In this case, you may use any shipping service you prefer and send the parcel at your own expense. Please keep the tracking number and proof of handover to the courier, as our Customer Service may request them for any return-related needs. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and that any issues during transit or delivery, such as theft or loss, remain the sender’s sole responsibility.

For the return to be accepted, the product must be intact, unworn, unwashed, and free from any alterations. All original tags must also be properly attached. If the return does not meet these requirements, it will be refused and the goods will be sent back to the sender.

Once our warehouse has verified that all acceptance conditions are met, you will receive the refund within a maximum of 30 business days from receipt of the return. As soon as this process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

The refund will cover only the cost of the returned products and will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. It is not possible to specify a different card from the one used at the time of purchase for the refund.

If you selected cash on delivery, the refund can only be issued via bank transfer. Once you receive our return-acceptance email, please write to us via the Contact Us form indicating: order number, return identification number, and bank transfer details (IBAN, account holder name, and BIC/SWIFT code).
