PLACING AN ORDER



How to shop online

Shopping on the Harmont & Blaine Online Store is very simple: browse the categories in our menu, where you'll find a wide selection of products, and select the one you’re interested in. Choose the size and color, then click ‘Add to cart’. You can view your selected items by clicking the shopping bag icon at the top of the page. In the shopping bag, you can review the items added, change quantities, or remove them if you’ve changed your mind. To complete your order, click ‘Checkout’. If you already have an account, click ‘Sign in’ and enter your email and password. Otherwise, click ‘Continue as guest’ to proceed without registering.

Please note: Before proceeding, make sure you have selected the correct delivery country so that product availability, prices, and delivery terms are aligned. Otherwise, your order may not be processed correctly, be returned to sender, or be canceled.
If you need to change the delivery country, click the globe icon at the top-right of the page when browsing on desktop. If you’re on a mobile device, the icon is available in the dropdown menu at the top-left.



Shipping and billing

In the Shipping step, enter the delivery address in full and correctly, including all required details. Then, in the Payment step, select your preferred payment method and click ‘Continue’ to finalize the order.



Accepted payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash on delivery (COD)

Cash on delivery is available only in Italy and Spain. Payment must be made in cash upon delivery, and you must have the exact amount, as the courier is not authorized to provide change and checks are not accepted.

Important warning: orders paid cash on delivery and shipped to the following countries have a maximum order limit that must not be exceeded

Italy: the total order amount is limited to €999.99.

Spain: the total order amount is limited to €1,000.00



Order summary

After entering your billing details, in the ‘Order summary’ section you can review the items ordered, the total amount, the billing address, and the selected payment method. To complete your purchase, click ‘Place order’.



Order confirmation

At the end of checkout, your order will be confirmed with the assignment of an order number, and you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order request. At this stage, the amount will not yet have been charged; it will only be authorized without being posted.



How to check your order

If you are a registered user, you can log in to your account and view your order details directly in your personal area. If you purchased as a guest, you can check the status of your order by clicking Track order in the ‘Customer Service’ section at the bottom of the homepage and entering the order number provided and the email address used for the purchase.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment. The email will include the details of the items that are actually available and shipped. Only then will the amount relating to the fulfilled items be charged.
