WHEN WILL THE ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Orders placed before 12 noon will be processed the same day, and orders placed after that time will leave our warehouse the next day. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
The order date refers to the day on which the order was placed and confirmed on the website, whereas the shipment date refers to the day on which the goods leave our warehouse and are taken over by the Courier.

WHEN WILL THE ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details and a reference/tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.
Shipments will only be successful if a valid address was provided when completing the order. Please also specify any name or number on an intercom.

DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?
When delivered, a signature will be required to confirm receipt: therefore, someone will need to be in to receive the goods. Otherwise, the courier will be unable to complete the delivery.

COLLECT AT A HARMONT&BLAINE STORE

CAN I COLLECT AN ORDER IN STORE?
Instead of being delivered to your home address, Products purchased through the website can be collected from one of Harmont&Blaine's flagship stores. This service is only available for flagship stores located in Italy.
When purchasing, users will be able to see which stores currently offer this service, their address and how to reach them.

WHEN CAN I COLLECT THESE ITEMS FROM THE STORE?
The Customer will be notified of the Product's arrival in store by email and SMS ("PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION IN STORE"). This may occur a few hours after the order is placed if the product is already present in store, or may take up to 2 to 4 working days if the product is not available in the store selected.
The Customer must collect the Product within 5 days of the first "Products available for collection" message being sent. After this date, the order will be deemed cancelled.

WHAT IS REQUIRED WHEN COLLECTING FROM THE STORE?
At the store, the Customer must go to the information desk to collect their order. For faster collection, inform the staff member of the PIN contained in the SMS or email message.
