How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, cash on delivery and bank transfer.

When will my account be debited?
Your account will be debited when you receive confirmation, via email, that your order has been dispatched. The amount is debited from your account when the goods are actually dispatched, which may be a few days after the order is confirmed.

Within how many days do I have to make a bank transfer?
The transfer must be made within 3 days of the order being confirmed. After this, if payment has not been received, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Are online purchases safe?
Harmont & Blaine S.p.A. uses specific systems to control and verify all transactions made through its site, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which enables potentially sensitive information to be encrypted.

Why was my payment not accepted?
There are a number of possible reasons for a payment not being accepted: try checking the card information you entered when ordering, such as the expiry date, card type and number. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service Team.

What is a CVV/CVC code?
The CVV/CVC code (Card Verification Value/Code) is a 3- or 4-digit number printed on the card, which is required to make transactions even more secure.
