Is online shopping security guaranteed?
Yes, the security of all purchases made on the official Harmont & Blaine e-commerce website is absolutely guaranteed. In fact, we use specific systems, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, to protect all sensitive information provided through the platform.
ORDER
Can I place an order without registering on the site?
Yes. To place an order without registration it is necessary to select the "Checkout guest" option at checkout, enter the email address and continue without registration.
Can I place an order online and pick it up in store?
Yes, but only in our Italian flagship stores. With the Click & Collect service, you can buy items from the online store and collect them from your nearest physical store.
How does the Click & Collect option work?
- Choose the products you want to purchase on the website and add them to your shopping cart;
- Select the in-store delivery option;
- Choose the flagship store in Italy where you would like to collect your items;
- Make payment online;
- Once you have received a notification that your order has arrived in store, go to the physical store and collect it.
How can I make sure I have correctly placed an order?
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the summary and the code of the order made.
How can I track my order?
As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment containing the traceability code that you can use to monitor the delivery of your package directly on the courier's website.
Can I remove items from my order after the purchase?
It is not possible to modify a completed order. We suggest paying attention to the correctness of the data and to the products selected during the completion of the order. If you have received your order and would like to return it, please contact us via Customer Service.
Can I cancel my order entirely and receive a refund?
If your order has already been shipped or if the status of your order is marked as "confirmed", it can no longer be canceled and all items contained within it will be shipped. We advise you to wait until the order arrives at the indicated delivery address, and then contact our Customer Service asking for the formal opening of the return procedure and its reimbursement.
What do I do if I receive a wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact the customer service that will guide you in the return or product replacement procedure.

What payment methods are allowed on the site?
The official Harmont & Blaine website accepts payment by credit card and PayPal. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
For orders delivered to Italy it is possible to use, in addition, the cash on delivery method for a maximum amount of € 999,00.
Why was my payment declined?
The non-acceptance of a payment may depend on various reasons: it verifies that the problem does not concern an error in entering the data relating to the credit card used to give the order, for example expiry date, circuit and number. If the problem persists, contact our customer service.
How can I use my promotional code?
If you are in possession of a promotional condice you can use it at the time of your purchase inside the cart during the summary phase of the selected products

- Home adress: the order will be sent to the address entered at checkout at the time of purchase. RETURNS
How can I make a return?
To start the return process, you need to create a request from your personal account page. You will receive an email in which you will be provided with the necessary instructions for the procedure. The transport costs for returning the product will be at our expense.
How can I check the progress of my return?
You can monitor the delivery to our warehouse directly on the courier's website, using the traceability code shown in the return confirmation e-mail.
Can I make a product defective?
In the event that the product received presents any defects, Harmont & Blaine will take full responsibility for the return. Contact our Customer Service, which will send you a return authorization and will arrange for the courier to collect the package, at no additional cost to you. A new waybill will be sent to you by e-mail and you will need to print and attach it to the package.
Do I have to pay for returns?

How long do I have to request to return an item?
The return request must be made within 14 consecutive days from the order date
How do I know if my return has been received?
The acceptance of the returned goods takes place only in the following cases (pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005): - the product must be intact and not used; - the tag accompanying the product and / or the seal must not have been removed; - the return of the product purchased online must be carried out exclusively following this procedure. If the return is accepted, you will be notified by e-mail and will receive a refund on the credit card used for the purchase within approximately 30 consecutive days from the date on which the items were returned to our warehouse.
When will I receive a refund?
Upon arrival of the goods at our warehouse, the items will be subjected to a quality control to verify that the return complies with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. There is no reimbursement for products received in conditions that do not comply with these terms. If the return is accepted, you will be notified by e-mail and will receive a refund on the credit card used for the purchase within approximately 30 days from the date on which the items were returned to our warehouse.
