Shipping times and costs

 

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed before 12:00 CET are handed over to the courier on the same day.
We offer two shipping methods: Standard, with delivery expected within 3–4 business days, and Express, with delivery expected within 1–2 business days, subject to availability for the selected destination country.
During sales periods, shipments may be delayed by 2–3 business days. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, any delivery delays will depend exclusively on the transport service, and we will not be held responsible for delays in delivery times.

Shipping restrictions

Due to current circumstances, shipments to the following destinations have been temporarily suspended until further notice:
· Ukraine
· Russia
· Belarus
· Israel
We will resume shipments to these destinations once it is safe to do so.


Import duties and taxes

To determine whether additional sales taxes may apply beyond the total indicated in the cart, it is necessary to correctly select the destination country. This ensures that final costs, including duties and taxes, are aligned with the regulations and shipping conditions of the selected country. For EU destinations, VAT is already included in the final price.

Shipments may be made under two delivery terms: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Under DDP, all customs duties and import taxes are included in the final product price. Under DDU, however, the indicated price does not include import duties, customs duties, or local taxes. In this case, the recipient will be responsible for paying these charges directly upon delivery. These costs cannot be determined in advance and are not collected by us, so we recommend checking with local customs authorities for the applicable amounts.

During checkout, it will be clearly indicated whether the order is subject to DDU or DDP, so please pay close attention to this information.


Tracking your shipment

If you are a registered user, you can log in to your account and view your order details directly in your personal area. If you checked out as a guest, you can check the status of your order by clicking on Check Order in the "Customer Service" section at the bottom of the homepage, entering the order number and the email address used for the purchase. Within the order details, you can check if your order has been fulfilled and, if available, find the tracking number. Once the order has been shipped, you will also receive an email with the tracking number to monitor your shipment. Additionally, you can track your shipment independently by visiting the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.


Shipping claims

Your order is insured during transport until delivery. Upon receipt, a signature or the name of the person accepting the parcel will be required. If someone else collects the parcel on your behalf, that person assumes responsibility for the delivery and the condition of the package. If you notice visible damage to the package, we recommend signing “with reservation” to allow for proper investigation with the courier. Any delivery claims must be submitted to Customer Service within 30 days from the delivery date to allow for the necessary checks with the carrier.

It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been confirmed. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to the sender.

Deliveries are not made to PO boxes nor via poste restante.

How to make a return

In addition to the right of withdrawal provided by the DSRs, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a free return within 30 days from the delivery date, with pickup directly at your home or at our authorized stores.

Before proceeding with the return of the goods, you must submit the return request online. Only after completing this step can the return be assessed and processed correctly.

How to request a return

  1. If you placed the order while logged in, sign in to your account and, in the ‘Orders & Returns’ section, locate the order that contains the items you wish to return. If you placed the order as a guest, click Track Order in the Customer Service section at the bottom of the homepage, enter the order number including the leading zeros and the email address you used at the time of purchase.

  2. Click ‘View Order Details’ and then ‘Return Items’: select the items you wish to return and indicate the reason for each one.

  3. Select where you want the return to be collected: you can choose pickup at the same delivery address as the order or at one of our authorized stores.

  4. Confirm the return and you will receive by email the return identification number and the prepaid return label. Print it and attach it to the return parcel. From this moment you have 14 days to hand the parcel to the courier.

  5. Schedule the pickup via the designated courier’s website or drop off the parcel directly at a courier drop-off point. Note that even if you selected in-store return, you must still book the pickup at the store by contacting the designated courier.

Returns from non-EU countries

If you are shipping from a country outside the European Union, before handing the parcel to the courier, print and complete 5 copies of the Return Proforma Invoice: place one copy inside the parcel and attach the other 4 on the outside so they are easily accessible for customs clearance. Please follow this procedure carefully, as non-compliance may result in the parcel being rejected at customs, returned to the sender, or delayed in delivery. In such cases, we accept no responsibility for any inconvenience or delays arising from these circumstances.

Please note that any shipping costs, import duties, and customs taxes will not be refunded.

Using a non-assigned courier

If you prefer, you can ship the return without using our prepaid label and the courier assigned at the end of the online return confirmation. In this case, you may use any shipping service you prefer and send the parcel at your own expense. Please keep the tracking number and proof of handover to the courier, as our Customer Service may request them for any return-related needs. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and that any issues during transit or delivery, such as theft or loss, remain the sender’s sole responsibility.

Return acceptance conditions

For the return to be accepted, the product must be intact, unworn, unwashed, and free from any alterations. All original tags must also be properly attached. If the return does not meet these requirements, it will be refused and the goods will be sent back to the sender.

Refund timeframe

Once our warehouse has verified that all acceptance conditions are met, you will receive the refund within a maximum of 30 business days from receipt of the return. As soon as this process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refund methods

The refund will cover only the cost of the returned products and will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. It is not possible to specify a different card from the one used at the time of purchase for the refund.

If you selected cash on delivery, the refund can only be issued via bank transfer. Once you receive our return-acceptance email, please write to us via the Contact Us form indicating: order number, return identification number, and bank transfer details (IBAN, account holder name, and BIC/SWIFT code).
