Shipping information and costs

We deliver to all countries around the world and offer different shipping options to meet your needs.
During sales period, deliveries may take 2 or 3 business days longer than usual.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (orders accepted before 12:00 am CET will be shipped the same day). Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We ship both Standard (delivery 3-4 working days) and Express (1-2 working days).

Delivery restrictions

In light of the current circumstances, shipments to the following locations have been temporarily suspended until further notice.
· Ukraine
· Russia
· Belarus
· Israel
We will resume shipments to these locations once it is safe to do so.

Deliveries with cash on delivery

Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) payment method is only available in Italy and Spain but will incur an additional cost. At the time of delivery, you must have the exact amount in cash to pay for your order. Payment by check is not accepted and the courier cannot give any change. To request a refund in the case you choose Cash on Delivery, it is necessary to have a bank account as refunds with this payment method can only be issued through Wire Transfer to a Bank Account. Important notice: orders paid by C.O.D. and shipped to the following countries have an order limit that cannot be exceeded.

Important delivery information

We recommend that you consider the following information:

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or use General Delivery.

If our courier does not find anyone at the indicated address, they will try to deliver the package two more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.

Orders placed on hold will be stored for up to 14 days, unless otherwise instructed by the courier. Please make sure to collect your order before the deadline to avoid it being returned to the sender.

First time order

For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

Insurance

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

You can check the current status of your shipment by signing into your account and visiting the 'Orders' section.

Taxes and Duties

To ensure that your shipping costs are accurate while browsing our website, we recommend that you select the shipping country from the list of countries. Local VAT will be applied to all destinations in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

In many countries, shipments are made in DDP, so all applicable import taxes are included in the final product price.

If a DDU destination is selected, the listed product price does not include taxes and VAT. The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs and local charges imposed by the country in which the shipment is made. It is necessary to pay these taxes to exempt the order from customs charges. We cannot predict the amount you will pay for taxes and duties, so please check these before placing an order. Our online store ships worldwide and shipping costs are already included in your final order total. However, as the international courier of your order, our courier may give you a separate invoice with local taxes to be paid. Please note that the Russian Federation is a DDU destination.
