RETURN & REFUNDS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise the "right of withdrawal" and request the return of one or more items purchased within 30 (thirty) days of delivery (the time available to you will be counted from the date of proof of delivery).
You can return only unused, unused and undamaged products in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories and documentation supplied, including original warranties and instruction manuals, where applicable. Any product not returned in accordance with the above will not be refunded.
To request a return, contact Customer Service via this link providing information about your order: order number, e-mail address used for the order and the reason for your return. The Customer Service is at your disposal to clarify any doubt on the procedure to follow.
Following the return request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an assigned return number, which you must keep and insert in a visible way inside the package you wish to return.
The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to return one or more products, and sent by a single shipment to the following address:

The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by us.

REFUNDS
Once we receive the returned items, we will check the condition of the product. In the event that the conditions of return are not respected or if it is found that the returned products have been damaged or have been used, we reserve the right not to accept the return.
In this case, the Customer Service will inform you of the outcome and invite you to collect your items, available for collection at our warehouses, by sending a courier of your choice and at your expense.
In the event that the products comply with the conditions of return, we will refund within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products. The amount will be equal to the value of the returned items plus the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase (net of any extraordinary or non-standard shipping costs, which will not be refunded). The return shipment and related costs will not be refunded.
The refund will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase your order and you will receive a notification of the refund by e-mail.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Please note that if you have received a damaged or defective product, you have 2 years to return it from the date of delivery of the order, as defined in the warranty in the packaging of each product.
To request the repair or replacement of a product received damaged or defective, you can use the online return form for defective Product available at the following link or contact Customer Service through this link providing information relating to your order: order number, e-mail address used for the order and a complete description of the alleged defects or defects. Customer Service will provide you with information and instructions on the procedure to follow.
Once we receive the returned items, we will check the Product and give you feedback on the outcome:

  • if the actual defect of the Product has been verified, the Customer Service will inform you of the outcome and will carry out the repair or replacement, according to the specificity of the Product; in this case, the costs of transport, repair or replacement of the product will remain our responsibility.
  • otherwise, i.e. if it has been verified that the reported lack of conformity does not exist or that the conditions for the applicability of the Legal Warranty do not exist, the Customer Service will inform you of the outcome and invite you to recover the Product. All transport costs as well as the costs related to the verification of the alleged lack of conformity will be at your expense in this case.
