If you decide to make a purchase through the Klarna App in one of our Stores, Harmont & Blaine, acting as the data controller for your personal data (hereinafter "HB" or "Controller"), shall process the data sent by Klarna Bank AB for the purpose of completing the purchase.
To complete the purchase and issue a receipt, Klarna Bank AB will disclose the following personal data: data relating to the purchase made and personal information. Failure to provide such personal data will make it impossible to process the purchase and issue a receipt. The legal bases for processing are the performance of a contract and the fulfilment of legal obligations.
Your personal data will not be distributed and will be processed by the Controller's authorised personnel and Data Processors. Such data may be disclosed to third parties in certain cases provided for by law. The processing of your personal data is limited to the time needed to issue a receipt.
In the cases and ways provided for by law, you are entitled to exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 et seq. of EU Reg. 679/2016, which include the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability.
